Our small group sizes ensure you won’t get lost in a crowd. Expect individualized guidance & check-ins, including simple feedback requests—like rating your sensation intensity on a scale of 0–10—to help us tailor the class to your needs in real time.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Research Scholar, Dr. Cat is passionate about integrating research into practice. However, her approach is always person-centered, ensuring that your unique needs and experiences take priority.
You Matter: While studies might suggest the "best" technique for a given issue, if it doesn’t work for you, we’ll explore other options until we find what does. Your individuality and response to an exercise/intervention guides the process.
Your Voice is Heard: Feedback matters. Through post-group surveys, reflection prompts, and open communication, we adapt content in real-time to ensure it meets your needs.

Single Class $30
One single drop-in class of your choice at Move Well Collective. Register in advance to ensure your spot in class. Due to the limited class size, we cannot guarantee that last-minute drop-ins who have not signed up online will be accommodated. We will happily welcome you if there is space, but we recommend that you sign up in advance when possible!

Take two classes a week of your choice! Select the class you want to take online in advance to reserve your spot for maximum flexibility. Membership has perks- you'll also have access to open gym times to hang out with your studio friends and play with your favorite equipment and chill with the Move Well team. Make sure you schedule some recovery time hanging in an aerial cocoon or lying with with the compression boots! See the schedule for open gym times.

3x/week treat yourself to classes of your liking! Just select the classes you want to attend in advance online to reserve your spot. Membership has perks- you'll also have access to open gym times to hang out with your studio friends and play with your favorite equipment and chill with the Move Well team. Be sure to book some time for recovery- hang in an aerial yoga cocoon or lie down with compression boots to boost resilience and rebuild after a workout!
